We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in using hand and power tools. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of motorcars and vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Duties
Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery through thorough inspections.
Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other essential components.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
Stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies to enhance skills and service quality.
Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle or machinery repair.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
