We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Retail Service Advisor to join our Motor Transport team.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills in order to help provide outstanding customer care. This includes giving advice and quotations on a range of vehicle maintenance tasks and services as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with our team of Vehicle Technicians to ensure that status updates are received, parts are ordered and that vehicles are ready for collection in accordance with our SLA's for internal and external clients. Applicants need to have MS office software skills and an ability to deal with a range of queries including taking payments as well as being responsible for production/maintenance of reports, documents and databases to ensure compliance with legislation.
