Vehicle Technician/ MoT tester

Paradise Garage is a local team of technicians based in Downham Market who have built a reputation through knowledge, honesty and value for money.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in an exciting workshop where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

Carry out service, maintenance, and repair to all types of cars and light commercials
Be confident in using current diagnostic tools, and have a good understanding and process to diagnose modern faults Carry out MOT tests confidently and consistently following DVSA guidelines.

qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will be someone passionate about mechanical/electrical engineering, having a willing to learn and work as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with piers and customers.

Level 3 or higher in vehicle repair and maintenance
DVSA MOT Tester
Full Driving Licence.

Looking ahead, and for the right candidate we also offer in house and classroom based training to further your skills provided by us and industry leading training centres across the country.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (42.5hrs a week)
Saturdays required 1 in 3 at overtime rate.
With the option of extra overtime
