We're now looking for a skilled

Vehicle Technician

What You'll Be Doing

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road. Your day-to-day will include:

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair:

Servicing and repairing all makes and models, including clutch, brake, suspension, and cooling/heating systems. Carrying out basic diagnostics using manual tools and digital equipment. Replacing interior and exterior trims and panels (excluding bodywork). Test-driving vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. Tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently, with a problem-solving attitude.

Team Collaboration & Customer Service:

Working alongside our experienced team to share knowledge and improve performance. Communicating with service reception staff to upsell and recommend necessary future work. Speaking with customers to understand issues and explaining repairs in an easy-to-understand way.

Operational Tasks:

Keeping accurate records of all work carried out. Following company procedures and safety regulations. Maintaining a well-organized and tidy workstation. Looking after tools and equipment to keep them in top condition.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who's not just a great mechanic but also a great fit for our team. Ideally, you'll have:

GCSEs or equivalent (NVQ Level 3 preferred). 3+ years of experience in automotive repair. A valid driver's license. Experience using diagnostic tools (e.g., ODDIS) A strong knowledge of cooling/heating and electrical systems. A detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual approach to work. A friendly attitude and great communication skills.
