Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Couriers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and to various locationsin UK (Dorset,Kent, Cambridge)

Responsibilities

Collect and deliver packages, other items in a timely manner. Ensure all deliveries are made according to specified routes and schedules. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts. Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to management immediately.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Courier or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS systems. A valid driving licence is required; familiarity with local roads is advantageous. Must be organised, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Physical stamina to lift and carry packages as needed. Hold full UK manual drivers license Motorbike with Courier Insurance
