We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the use of both power and hand tools. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing various Harley-Davidson motorbikes, ensuring optimal performance and upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a Harley-Davidson.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical technology.
Requirements
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driving licence will be required depending on the specific job duties.
