As a Processing Assistant, you'll be the final touch-point before bikes hit the showroom floor or head home with their new owner. From precision presentation to smooth customer handovers, you'll make sure every detail is spot-on.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating Memorable Handovers:

Provide a warm, professional experience for customers collecting their bikes--making the final step of the journey feel special.

Owning the Detail:

Ensure all motorcycles are immaculately presented, properly booked into systems, and ready for display or collection.

Working with Team Spirit:

Liaise with the Sales and Workshop teams to make sure bikes are ready on time and in top condition.

Planning with Innovation:

Look for opportunities to improve presentation, preparation, and customer handover processes.

Learning Every Day:

Stay informed about process changes, help onboard new team members, and share your knowledge to raise the bar.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Experience in a customer-facing or hands-on operational role A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Friendly and professional communication style Comfortable with physical tasks and fast-paced environments

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous experience with vehicles, retail, or logistics Confidence in using booking systems or working with documentation
