Duties:

Represent the company and the brand to the expected high standards Build a strong rapport with customers and the local biking community Identify our customer's requirements and support them through their purchase journey Maintain lasting relationships after the purchase and support customers throughout ownership Achieve and maintain a high level of motorcycle sales and add on products Promptly action all enquiries with a comprehensive follow up Maintain CRM systems in a detailed and organised manner Be alert to changing expectations and adapt to keep the department and business moving forward Support other departments to deliver the highest level of customer experience at all times Strive towards winning awards and recognition both individually and as a collective team

Applicant Requirements:

Full UK motorcycle driving license (Essential, however internal discounted driving school available) Proven sales experience with transferable skills into the motorcycle retail sales sector (Highly desirable) Good communication via face-to-face interaction, across digital platforms and on the telephone (Essential) Desire and passion to deliver the very highest standard of customer experience at all times (Essential) Forward thinking and adept with digital technology (Essential) Highly motivated and have the determination to achieve all sales targets and performance expectations (Essential) Smart in appearance with a good standard of personal hygiene (Essential) Well organised (Essential)

Salary:

Basic 23,306.40 per annum plus uncapped performance related earning per commission structures, paid monthly.

Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday (09:00 - 18:00)
