As a Lings Powersports Sales Executive for our exciting brands you will receive training on selling skills, processes and product knowledge however, suitable candidates must also be focused on customer service and be self-motivated to be part of our highly successful sales team. We are looking to continue Ling's growth and development and are therefore looking for the right candidate(s) to grow and develop with us. The desire to build a career with us is a key requirement of this position. Previous experience in the industry is not essential. The successful candidate will be able to show their ability to perform the below objectives:

Key Objectives:

To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements To deliver excellent customer satisfaction To make daily follow up contacts using our dealer database and systems To complete CRM system to include enquiry, desired vehicle and customer requirements and to update GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) data on every customer Promptly action all leads and fulfil all orders from customers by following documented policies on behalf of the Company To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction

Applicant's requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years recent sales experience You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment Part of what we do is numbers based, therefore you should be competent at basic mathematics Like all progressive businesses, we use various systems to accomplish our objectives. You should be comfortable using a computer and ideally using Microsoft packages You must be smart in appearance and well organised You must hold a valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
