Job description
We are looking for a workshop supervisor at our Motorpark reconditioning workshop in Plasmarl Swansea



.

Key Responsibilities:

.

Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Allocate work to technicians based on skills and workload. Monitor progress of repairs and services to ensure timely completion. Perform quality control checks and support technical diagnostics. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness. Communicate with sales managers and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

.

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in an automotive workshop.

Trade qualification in motor mechanics or related field. MOT license would be a benefit



.



Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.



.



Excellent leadership and communication abilities.



.



Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
