Required Experience

Strong configuration and customisation experience with

Dynamics 365 CE

(ideally Customer Service) Ability to build custom plugins using

C#

, workflows, and actions Advanced

Power Automate (Cloud Flows)

skills at scale Strong enterprise-level

Canvas App

development experience Good front-end development skills:

TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Clear, confident communicator who can engage customers at all levels Experience working in distributed development teams, including: Source control (ADO / Git) CI/CD practices Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-230, PL-100)
