Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations in their homes. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their goals. Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription. Educate patients about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and advancements in patient care.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to demonstrate empathy and provide high-quality patient care. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. A commitment to continuous professional development in physiotherapy practices.
