Who you are :
Qualified with a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy - CSP and HPCP registered.
Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
Passionate about improving lives through person-centred care, and genuinely motivated by helping others achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Proactive and organised with a strong sense of initiative and the drive to seek out opportunities for growth, improvement, and progression.
A strong communicator who listens carefully, speaks clearly, and adapts their style to build understanding and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

What you will be doing:
As a valued member of the Grosvenor Street Physiotherapy and Wellbeing team, you will:
Assess and diagnose a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using a thorough clinical assessment and reasoning process.
Deliver hands-on treatment including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and joint mobilisation as appropriate.
Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual goals, needs, and evidence-based practice.
Prescribe tailored rehabilitation programmes involving exercise therapy, posture education, and lifestyle advice.
Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to support continued improvement and recovery.
Educate and empower clients with knowledge and tools to take an active role in their health and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with other team members, including massage therapists and wellbeing practitioners, to provide holistic care.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR and professional standards.
Support a safe, professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
Promote clinic services and contribute to community health initiatives, open days or workshops, where relevant.
Engage in ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with best practice and evolving techniques.
Reflect our clinic's values in every interaction - from how you greet a client to how you support a colleague.
