We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual to join our team and help us provide IT support services for a Yorkshire IT company with an excellent reputation.

This is a hybrid role that combines

technical IT support

with

light-touch sales activity

to help us grow our client base while maintaining high service standards for our existing customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support to existing clients via email, phone, and remote access tools Answering support tickets and proactively checking alerts from our monitoring software Checking backups, sending monthly reports, and suggesting upgrades where appropriate Liaising with clients regularly with clear, friendly communication Logging and updating all activity in our ticketing system
In addition, you will support business growth by:

Finding relevant prospects (with on-the-job training and tools provided) Conducting cold outreach to potential clients in a structured and professional manner Nurturing prospect relationships over time Following up consistently and kindly to generate interest and build trust
The successful candidate will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You'll receive full training on our IT systems, support standards, and communication style, but should already have a good understanding of business IT systems and support processes. A working knowledge of solutions such as Windows Server, Exchange, VPNs, and Networking is highly desirable -- at minimum, a basic familiarity with these systems is required.

You will be required to travel to LS1 to undertake the role, but we offer flexible working arrangements and can discuss a hybrid setup following a successful probationary period.
