We're looking for a

Multi Skilled Operator - Hygiene

to join our nightshift Manufacturing team at our Bathgate site.

About the Role

Working 4 nights on (12 hour shift), 4 nights off, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional hygiene standards across the site, supporting production, and enabling smooth and safe operations.

As a

Multi Skilled Operator - Hygiene

, you will:

Deliver high quality hygiene practices across all manufacturing areas Strip down, clean/sanitise, and set up machinery following strict methods of work Operate hygiene equipment safely and effectively Identify, report, and escalate any damage or issues found during cleaning Support engineering with machine strip-downs Train and support team members and temporary staff Work safely at all times, following health & safety, chemical handling, and PPE procedures
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in demanding environments, has high attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining hygiene excellence.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have experience working in hygiene, food manufacturing, or similar environments Are confident using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Understand the importance of hygiene compliance and food safety standards Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team Are flexible and proactive, with good communication and reporting skills
