Shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating Weekly.

About the Role

Bridge Cheese is looking for a

Skilled Debox Operator

to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate handling and processing of raw materials to meet our production demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the

DEM system

, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting the efficient running of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities

DEM System Operation:

Moving stock and maintaining accurate inventory records. Inputting ingredients into recipes in the correct ratios. Returning stock to the warehouse and conducting regular stock checks. Ensuring accuracy of production orders through system checks and balances. Identifying and resolving system issues effectively.

Stock and Record Management:

Maintaining backup usage records in Excel. Conducting regular stock takes in production areas.

Production Support:

Loading infeed belts with raw materials (10kg - 25kg units). Changing cheese wires safely and efficiently. Operating an electric pallet truck in a safe manner.

Teamwork & Compliance:

Working effectively as part of a team and independently. Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and GMP in production areas. Managing time efficiently to meet production volume targets. Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

About You

Experience in a

fast-paced food manufacturing environment

is preferred. Good understanding of

Excel

for stock and usage record-keeping. Ability to work with

accuracy and attention to detail

. Physically fit and able to handle

manual tasks

. A

team player

with a flexible and proactive approach to work. Willingness to follow strict

food hygiene

and

safety regulations

.
