Job Description

Sport Camp Leader in Bedworth

Duties:
- Plan and organise daily activities and programs for camp participants
- Lead and supervise campers during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to campers, promoting positive behaviour and teamwork
- Assist in the development and implementation of camp curriculum and session plans
- Set up and maintain equipment and supplies needed for camp activities
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camper progress, behaviour, and any concerns
- Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure a smooth operation of the camp

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage groups of children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
