An opportunity has arisen for a multi-drop delivery driver to join a well-established family-run business that supplies dairy, fruit & veg, and frozen products to catering businesses.

Job Purposes:

To ensure goods and products are delivered in good condition, at the right temperature, and on time.

General Duties:

Deliver to individual customers across Dorset and surrounding areas. Communicating with customers while delivering goods Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure correct goods are available for loading, load the vehicle, visual inspections of vehicles, ensure delivery paperwork including temperatures are recorded to adhere to Food hygiene standards maintain cleanliness.

Essentials / Desirables:

Current Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points, A C1 category, with current CPC in-depth knowledge of Dorset and Hampshire would be an advantage physically fit, the role requires manual lifting and a long period on your feet comfortable working in an outside environment Proficient in English to be able to communicate with customers

Hours of work: 47.5 hours per week

5 days a week 9.5 hours per day with an early start time of 2:00am, to include Saturday working with a day off in the week, and bank holidays.

Pay :

32,000 per annual
