Van Driver / Courier Driver

Overview

We are looking for reliable and motivated

Van Drivers

to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels and goods using either your own van or a company-provided vehicle. You'll ensure each package is handled with care and delivered to the correct location while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to assigned destinations. Load and unload parcels, ensuring all items are properly secured during transit. Plan and follow efficient routes to meet delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with clients and team members about delivery status or potential delays. Maintain accurate delivery records, including tracking information and recipient signatures. Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company driving policies. Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure proper maintenance and functionality. Support warehouse operations when needed, including sorting and organizing parcels.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Experience not required -- full training provided. Ability to lift and handle parcels safely as part of daily duties. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse operations is an advantage. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering great customer service.
