About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organised multi-drop driver to join our growing laundry and linen service team. This is a varied role combining morning commercial deliveries/collections with evening domestic customer rounds, plus the flexibility to provide holiday and sickness cover for other drivers when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out multi-drop deliveries and collections of laundry and linen
Morning rounds serving commercial clients (e.g., businesses and organisations)
Evening rounds serving domestic customers
Loading and unloading laundry bags and linen safely and efficiently
Checking orders for accuracy before leaving site
Providing excellent customer service at every stop
Handling customer queries politely and professionally
Completing delivery updates on our APP and reporting any issues promptly
Keeping the company vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy
Following all health & safety and manual handling procedures
Providing cover for other drivers during holidays or sickness
What We're Looking For
Full, clean UK driving licence
Confident driving a small van on local multi-drop routes
Good time management and route awareness
Physically fit (role involves lifting and carrying laundry bags)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Friendly, professional manner with customers
Able to work independently and use initiative
Flexible with hours when cover is required
Previous delivery or multi-drop experience is desirable but not essential -- attitude and reliability matter most.
