About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile

Multi-Skilled Builder

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of building tasks including carpentry, plastering, basic plumbing, brickwork, and general construction duties Carry out repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works on residential and/or commercial properties Read and work from drawings, plans, and specifications Ensure all work is completed to high standards, within deadlines, and in line with safety regulations Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and other trades on site

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder or similar role Strong abilities across several trades (e.g., carpentry, plastering, tiling, bricklaying, basic plumbing) Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Full understanding of health & safety requirements Full UK driving licence beneficial CSCS card preferred Own tools advantageous
