Duties to include:

You will have experience and basic skills in groundworks including drainage, demolition/stripping out and metal stud/dry lining/plastering.

Ideally you will also have experience of refurbishment/overhaul/renewal of roof coverings mainly pantile and slate, timber roof and floor structural repair and the safe installation of replacement timber and UPVC windows and doors.

We would like to see current training certificates for Asbestos Awareness, MEWP, abrasive wheels, working at height, DBS (CRB) checked and current CSCS card. The Estate believes in and provides continuous training and active health and safety management.

It's also useful if you have the following attributes:

Good co-ordination skills Ability to work well in a team Can stay calm under pressure and still make good decisions Attention to detail
