Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team in the role of Multi Skilled Carpenter.

Key Responsibilities

First and second fix carpentry Installing kitchens, worktops, doors, skirting and architraves Stud wall construction and timber framing Roofing work (cut roofs, trusses, fascia & soffits) Loft boarding and insulation installation Fitting staircases, handrails and balustrades Fire door installation (advantageous) Assisting with full home renovations and refurbishment projects Working alongside other trades (plumbing, electrical, plastering etc.) Reading and interpreting drawings, plans and specifications Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Representing the company with professionalism on all client sites

Essential Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years' experience as a carpenter or multi-skilled carpenter Strong competency in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-trade team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence and own tools Knowledge of site health & safety procedures Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

Desirable (Not Essential)

Fire door installation experience CSCS card Experience with extensions, loft conversions or garden rooms Additional multi-trade skills (plastering, tiling, basic plumbing etc.)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.85-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person
