Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Self Employed Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and carpentry, with a strong desire to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs and installations.

- Handle carpentry work, including repairs, installations, and woodworking.

- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

- Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication with clients.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in plumbing and carpentry (relevant qualifications preferred but not required).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Ability to use customer portals, following logging in procedures

- Full UK driving license.
