Job summary:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring
equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting process improvements
.
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of manufacturing and packaging machinery
? Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
? Diagnose and resolve technical faults to minimise production disruptions
? Work with automation, control systems, and other technologies as required
? Ensure all equipment operates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
? Identify and implement efficiency improvements in processes and equipment
? Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
? Keep accurate maintenance records for compliance and performance tracking
? Support Projects and Installation works
? Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to health & safety regulations
? Support a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team
? Maintain a positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
? Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment
? Ability to diagnose and repair a range of production machinery
? Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
? Understanding of GMP and quality control principles
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Skills:
? Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
? Familiarity with automation, control systems, and PLCs
? Understanding of industry regulations
? Additional technical qualifications or training
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-42,000.00 per year
