The Opportunity



We're seeking a passionate Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and grow into a pivotal quality leadership role. This unique position combines hands-on engineering expertise with the opportunity to develop and lead our quality initiatives, creating a zero-tolerance environment for quality issues.

What You'll Do



Initial Responsibilities:



Apply your mechanical engineering skills to optimize our extrusion and Injection Moulding processes Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across production lines Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality concerns

Growth Into Quality Leadership:



Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems Lead the creation of a zero-tolerance quality culture across all operations Design and execute quality control protocols and testing procedures Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes Establish key performance indicators and quality metrics

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in extrusion/thermoforming processes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Genuine interest in quality management and continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desirable:



Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) Knowledge of statistical process control
