About the Role

As part of the Anabas engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the clients premises to the highest standard. The role includes carrying out

Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fabric maintenance duties

while ensuring all works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with

SFG20 and ACOPs

Responding to reactive work requests promptly in line with agreed

KPI response times

Carrying out statutory testing duties to ACOP and British Standards Ensuring safe systems of work and adherence to health & safety procedures Supervising subcontractors and reporting on performance when required Completing all work to a high standard, both technically and professionally

About You

To be successful in this role, youll need to demonstrate:

Strong knowledge of

health & safety

, toolbox talks, and safe systems of work Experience working within a

PPM system

and completing statutory compliance tasks The ability to follow and act on both verbal and written instructions Good IT skills and full computer literacy Experience supervising subcontracted works A flexible approach to working hours including availability for paid overtime (evenings/weekends) Levels 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering and minimum 18th Edition qualification A proven track record in maintaining corporate office spaces to the highest professional standards
