White Rose Property Maintenance Ltd is a trusted, multi-trade maintenance and refurbishment company servicing thousands of homes across West Yorkshire for leading estate agents, landlords, and commercial clients.

We are now seeking a

reliable, experienced, and highly motivated Multiskilled Field Operations Manager

to join our expanding team on a full-time basis. This is a

hands-on leadership role

, combining property maintenance and refurbishment work with staff supervision, project coordination, and quoting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of

maintenance and refurbishment works

, including kitchens, bathrooms, plastering, roofing, and general building.

Lead by example

on site while managing and supporting field engineers and tradespeople. Act as the

main point of contact

for all staff in the field, ensuring clear communication, strong organisation, and smooth project delivery.

Plan and coordinate

full property refurbishments, managing labour, materials, and timelines efficiently.

Quote and scope

works for kitchen, bathroom, and property refurbishment projects. Monitor the

quality of workmanship

, ensuring all jobs meet company standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Liaise directly with

estate agents, landlords, and tenants

to provide excellent service and professional communication. Report project progress, staff performance, and operational issues directly to senior management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven multiskilled background within the

building and property maintenance trade

. Strong practical experience in

plastering

,

roofing

, and

refurbishment works

(essential). Confident in

managing staff

, leading on-site teams, and organising multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills. A professional, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail. Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).

What We Offer:

Starting salary: 33,000

, rising to

35,000

following a successful 6-month probationary period.
