: As a Multi Skilled FM Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment within our client's premises. Your role will involve a mix of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, ensuring that all systems and structures are functioning efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, lighting, and other building systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and other wooden structures. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any significant findings to management. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Multi Skilled FM Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, lighting, and other building systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally. Relevant certifications and qualifications in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry engineering. CSCS Required Full UK driving license.
