Multi Skilled General Builder
Job Description
General Builder (Time Served Builder with minimal 'other trades involvement).
Also happy to consider the recruitment of a 'labourer/semi skilled' building support (if you have someone you trust and want to bring along with you)
The job requirement will involve, as a minimum, the following
Pro-active and re-active maintenance.
Light to heavy refurbishment.
Extensions.
Building alterations.
External works to support wheelchair access
You will be working within private and tenanted properties, therefore you must be punctual, polite and well presented. As a general builder, the desired skill set would include some of the following:
Carpentry
Ground works
Drainage
Fencing
Plastering
Applicants must possess the following attributes:
Hard working Attention to detail Good methodical approach Work to set specification Work on own initiative (CRITICAL) Good communication skills and a great sense of humour
