Multi Skilled Handyman / Labourer
Job Description
Leinster Property are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Handyman and/or Labourer
The job involves labouring on smaller development projects and general maintenance on residential properties. Suitable candidates must have experience in general property repairs and/or labouring on larger refurbishment projects.
Essential to have good experience in Plumbing or Electrics or Joinery. The more experience in each skill, the better.
Candidates are expected as a minimum to be able to decorate, labour and be able to work well within a small team.
The job is a full time permanent position. However we will consider part time applicants also.
Work is 8am to 4pm. 5 days a week.
Our two main sites are in Stockton and Middlesbrough at the moment.
Applicants must have CSCS card.
Own transport is also highly desired.
The successful applicant will start on a basic wage with review after 3 months.

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
Experience:
Repair and construction work: 4 years (preferred)
CSCS card : 1 year (preferred)
