We are currently seeking to employ Multi-Skilled Labourers for our developments across Jersey. Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience within the construction industry and be competent in a range of site operations, including drain laying, reinforced concrete, shuttering, basic carpentry, and general groundwork.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to work across multiple trades and adapt to varying site tasks as required. They must be able to work effectively as part of a team that includes operatives, managers, and subcontractors, follow site instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately, and maintain high standards of workmanship while ensuring compliance with company Health and Safety policies at all times.
