Job Purpose

You'll be responsible for supporting the continuous running of equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance, and organising and carrying out repairs. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring our production runs efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills Experience we are looking for include:

Experience of Engineering within a FMCG, food production environment

Being familiar with the latest UK Industrial electrical regulations including essential

Confident communication skills

The ability to problem solve

Knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics
Strong hands-on experience both electrical & mechanical fault finding & repairs food production lines, packaging machinery, automation / control panels & associated equipment, PLCs (diagnostic experience not programming), drives, motors (including three phase) and industrial control systems

Good understanding of Health & Safety & Safe Systems of Work

F-Gas certification.

Experience working with industrial refrigeration system chillers, blast freezer and HVAC, compressed gases, and integrated control systems knowledge

Experience working within property maintenance is essential plumbing, building electrical works, painting & floor repair

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
