TLMC (The London Management Company) is an independent residential Property Management company, looking after private UHNW clients in Prime Central London. We are a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and this role is best suited to a team player who has acute attention to detail, is organised, and motivated.
TLMC operates in the Super Prime & Prime markets in Central London & Surrey with in-house Housekeeping, Specialist Cleaning, Maintenance & Project Management teams. This role will be in our maintenance department, working closely with our maintenance team.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role is a full-time permanent position of 40 working hours per week, working across our London and Surrey portfolio, Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Outlined below are the roles and responsibilities for the position of multi skilled maintenance engineer for The London Management Company (TLMC).
Specific Responsibilities:
Painting and decorating
Basic plumbing
Kitchen fitting
Laying laminate floors
Re-grouting and siliconing
Light installation or carpentry works
Furniture assembly
Basic HVAC system cleaning and maintenance
Light bulb replacements
Requirements:
Multi-skilled maintenance technician
Work as part of a team to deliver larger projects
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Good communication
Experience in health and safety measures
Well-organised and apt in problem-solving
Attention to detail
Clean UK driving licence
Own tools and transport is useful but not a requirement.
Computer / tech literate.

Salary Range: 32,000 - 39,000 p.a. dependent on experience
3% Employer Pension contributions on qualifying earnings
20 days annual leave per annum in addition to public holidays, rising by 1 year per year worked on the anniversary of employment, capped at 25 days per annum
