Role:

Multi-Skilled Operator, Biffa Bradford

Salary:

34,000 per annum, based on 45 hours per week

Location:

Biffa Bradford

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, with staff rotating weekly between the following shifts:

Early shift:

06:00 to 15:30

Late shift:

08:00 to 17:30

A Quick Look at the Role:

This is a hands-on operational role where your contribution plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the site. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career within Biffa.

Your Core Responsibilities:

As part of the role, the MSO will be required to operate the clam and a forklift truck. Candidates must have proven experience operating a forklift truck. Communicate any problems or obstacles to your immediate supervisor Strive to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines Support your shift colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement
