We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance, operational, and supervisory tasks within our manufacturing environment. Duties
Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation equipment.
Read and interpret technical schematics and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Perform welding tasks as required to support equipment repairs or modifications.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
Support the maintenance team in diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing corrective actions.
Supervise junior team members or trainees, providing guidance and ensuring safety standards are maintained.
Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing internal or external client needs promptly and professionally.
Lead small teams during maintenance or operational projects, demonstrating leadership qualities and organisational skills.
Document work performed accurately in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding of schematics.
Skilled in welding, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge relevant to industrial environments.
Strong background in maintenance activities within manufacturing or similar settings.
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for team coordination and documentation purposes.
Previous supervising or leadership experience is highly desirable.
Customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
