Job Description

We are a construction company whose biggest client is a housing association. We specialise in kitchen and bathroom renewals, general day-to-day, and void works.

Location: Works are mainly in North East London but some works may require you to go beyond this.

Working hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Your salary will be skill dependant.

Skills

General day-to-day maintenance work Plumbing (basic knowledge) Plastering (beneficial, but not essential) Decorator Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English

Requirements

Must have your own tools Must have a full clean UK driving license Will need to have a clean DBS check
We do not require a CV, but if you can have a portfolio of your work ready for us to view.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 130.00-170.00 per day
