Marches Precast is a family run precast flooring manufacture operating out of Dolyhir Quarry, Mid Wales.

Role Overview

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you'll play a key role in production of precast products. You will work closely with management and the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Loading precast concrete products using forklifts and other lifting equipment Organising stock and maintaining a clean and safe yard environment Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of orders Conducting visual quality checks and reporting defects Supporting the production team with casting and mold preparation Complying with health and safety procedures and factory rules Performing routine maintenance checks on yard equipment Accurately completing paperwork and yard records

Requirements

Previous experience in a yard, construction, or manufacturing environment (preferred) Forklift license (preferred but not essential--training can be provided) Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Good awareness of health and safety Good team player with a good work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
