Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Multi - Skilled Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending various sites to carry out jobs as per work orders provided. This role requires a strong maintenance/multi-skilled background, and excellent problem-solving skills. The Maintenance Person will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Duties

Diagnose, install or repair electrical, plumbing and carpentry jobs. Follow CRM system to ensure works are carried out to the customers expectations and all works carried out are uploaded and documented for the office team. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes. Assist with the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing external & internal department needs promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience in multi-skilled roles. Strong electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience. Familiarity with CRM sysytems. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay: 150.00-200.00 per day
