Position
------------
As part of our continued growth, our Southwest FM Team are looking to appoint an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to deliver a range of repairs and maintenance across both commercial and domestic dwellings, focussing mainly on Plumbing systems alongside general fabric engineering and up keep - this will include both PPM and reactive maintenance alongside more general day-to-day duties as below:
Inspections - conducting routine inspections for wear, damage and compliance with safety standards
Drain and tap maintenance - to include floor and roof drains as well as clog prevention to ensure a proper flow
Leak detection and piping inspection - regularly checking for signs of leakage and ensuring all pipework is in good working order
Backflow prevention and water pressure monitoring - confirm water pressure is at ideal levels and ensure backflow preventors are functioning as they should
Pipe and fixture installation - installing new plumbing fixtures, pipes and other equipment as required
