We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, with a focus on , maintenance, preferably in an Injection moulding environment and experience with FMCG and work collaboratively within a team

Key Tasks
Reporting of all HS&E incidents, unsafe acts & near miss incidents.
Support the implementation of HS&E corrective actions.
Always maintaining the highest levels of housekeeping.
Ensure that all work is carried out in line with company policy, procedures & cGMP guidelines.
Provision of electrical/mechanical service, repair, installation and support to plant equipment and facilities.
Ensure that all ancillary equipment & material handling systems are maintained in good working order & ready for production in line with the operational plan.
Provide engineering support, and breakdown resolution to production to maintain machine availability.
Automation and robotic development including fault finding, programming and setting up of new and ongoing projects and equipment.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize machine downtime
Service and maintain Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) and ancillary equipment in line with OEM recommendations.
Fault diagnosis of IMM electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems & replacing or repairing parts were appropriate.
Planning, implementation, and recording of planned maintenance schedules. Maintain in accordance with CMMS and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely record keeping of all work carried out and completed, including root causes of failures, fault rectification and consumables used.
Ordering spare parts and consumables to ensure the best cost to the business and identify any savings to be made.
Maintain accurate stock of all consumables.
Control and maintain tools, stores, and equipment.
Identify areas of continuous improvements in current processes and equipment.
Supervising contractors and engineering and technical staff.
Provision of electrical/mechanical service, repair, installation, and support to plant facilities, including but not limited to facilities, building fabric interior and exterior.
Supports internal and external audit activities.
Deputize for the Engineering manager as required in his absence, attend production meetings and audits if required.
Qualifications
Time served/apprentice trained Engineer
Essential Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
Electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial process machinery.
Installation, service and repair of modern process machinery and ancillaries.
Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical technical drawings.
