We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mult purpose Team Member to work in all sections of the business . Role will include Frying , Cooking , Burger Grilling. Ocassional restaurant cover and servery front of house .The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent food service, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members across sections of the business ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times. Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed. Drive sales through effective upselling and promoting special offers to maximise revenue. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Handle customer feedback professionally to resolve issues promptly and improve service delivery.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and restaurant operations. Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Effective communication skills to lead teams and interact with customers confidently. Basic maths skills for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales analysis. Previous kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable. Ability to motivate staff through leadership, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance.
