Multi Skilled Trade Team Leader

Kooka is a family run business that specialise in Insulation & Render systems, now diversifying into construction & renewables. As a company we are known for the quality of the work we put out, communication and customer care. All of these values need to equally be sought after, through both our existing and new workforce.
We are currently looking for a multi-skilled team leader that will be responsible for setting up our work sites ready for main works, followed by reinstatement after completion. This will include, but is not limited to things like; roof extensions, pipework extension and renewal, internal door trimming , ventilation upgrades, trench cutting/digging, window sills, silicone, snag work etc, general construction tasks.
The person we are looking for to join us should have the following;
Required Traits & Skills
Driving License (This is a
MUST
) Leadership Skills Enthusiasm & Willingness Completely Reliable High Standard of Quality Eye for Attention to Detail Clean When Working Good Communication Skills Carpentry Experience Plumbing Experience Roofing ExperienceThis position will be full time self-employed so a valid UTR number will be needed. Our yard is located in Wollaston, Wellingborough so you would need to be able & willing to get there daily for loading materials. The role will need to cover at minimum all of the things we have mentioned above, so a diverse skill set is required.
We will supply the successful candidate a sign written van, uniform and fuel card. It is important for this role to be filled by someone that is completely competent and can take initiative & pride in their work.
NOTE: Please do not apply if you do not have a valid driving license, this is essential and applications will automatically be rejected without a license.
