A Multi-Skilled Tradesperson is a versatile professional with expertise across multiple construction trades, capable of undertaking a broad range of tasks on-site.

THE ROLE REQUIRES WORKING ACROSS MULTIPLE REGIONAL LOCATIONS - FLEXIBILITY TO WORK AWAY FROM HOME IS ESSENTIAL.

Our Head Office is based in Bilsthorpe, but our project sites span the whole of the United Kingdom.

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out a diverse range of construction tasks across various trades, such as joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and more. Applying your skills and experience to complete work efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Interpreting and working from project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure precise delivery. Assessing required materials, tools, and equipment for each task and preparing resources to support smooth project execution. Completing repairs, installations, and construction tasks in line with project requirements. Identifying and resolving issues as they arise using effective problem-solving techniques. Ensuring all completed work is functional, aligned, and safe.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

Adhering to all health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Wearing and maintaining appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promoting correct usage among colleagues. Following established safety procedures to minimise risk and maintain a safe working environment.

Professional Approach:

Proactively analysing on-site challenges and developing practical, innovative solutions. Adapting to evolving project requirements and adjusting working methods as needed.
