Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
withstrong tiling expertise
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property maintenance, refurbishment, and installation works, with a particular focus onhigh-quality wall and floor tiling
.This role requires a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can work independently or as part of a team while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out
professional wall and floor tiling
, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone Prepare surfaces for tiling, including waterproofing, levelling, and substrate preparation Complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishments to a high standard Undertake general multi-trade duties such as: Carpentry (skirting, door fitting, boxing-in)Diagnose and repair defects in residential and/or commercial properties
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to agreed specifications Maintain a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a
multi-skilled tradesperson
Strong tiling experience
(essential) Ability to deliver a high standard of finish Good knowledge of building materials and techniques Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 32,000.00-36,000.00 per year
