Location: This is a field-based job role and will typically cover North West - Cheshire &

Surrounding Areas.

(Further afield may be required as we do operate nationwide)

Vacancy Name: Mobile multi-trades builder / tradesman

Hours and Pay: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week, Paid Overtime, competitive salary

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Multi-Trades Builder to undertake a variety

of construction and property maintenance tasks across residential and light commercial

projects. You'll be involved in everything from refurbishments and extensions to general

building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of building tasks, including but not limited to: New Builds, alterations, refurbishments, building alterations, new roofs, plastering, decorating, general. You must be IT literate, as our company rl
repairs and maintenance.

Joinery Plumbing Plastering Tiling Bricklaying Flooring Painting & decorating Work independently and as a team Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget Maintain a safe and tidy work environment ensuring your own work and work of
those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.

Participate in the out of hours call out rota as designated.
What are SCB looking for?

Proven experience across multiple building trades Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable) Full UK driving licence (essential) CSCS card (desirable but not essential) Sound understanding of Health, Safety and environmental legislation and working practices.
