We are currently looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with Leaves Builders, you will play a crucial role in our construction, maintenance, and renovation projects. Your expertise across various trades will contribute to the successful completion of projects throughout the South Coast. This is a full-time, self-employed position, and you will be provided with a company van and a tablet for easy access to your daily job information.

While the role is predominantly Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work may be required with prior arrangement and agreement to meet project deadlines or client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of trade-related tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance whilst assisting Site Supervisors with the running of sites. Contribute your multi-trade skills to enhance the overall success of each project. Interpret drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements. Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Adhere to quality control and safety regulations on all job sites. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.

Requirements:

Proven experience across multiple trades. Strong knowledge of construction techniques and systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license.
