Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Bathroom Fitter to carry out full bathroom installations from initial strip-out through to final completion. The successful candidate must be fully competent across all required trades and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision. The person will work in a team of 2 with another skilled bathroom installer (Polish - English speaking), and an adhoc Electrician (Scottish).

Key Responsibilities

Full strip-out and preparation of existing bathrooms First and second fix plumbing including hot and cold water systems Installation of sanitaryware including baths, showers, WC pans, basins and brassware Shower valve installation, tray setting, wet wall and tanking systems Soil pipe alterations and waste pipe installations Basic electrical works related to bathrooms (Running cables for electrician) Wall and floor tiling including large format porcelain Subfloor preparation including ply boarding and levelling Joinery including stud work, boxing-in, doors, frames and vanity unit installation Wet room installations including falls to waste Installation of waterproof boards and membranes Silicone sealing and finishing to a high standard Snag-free final handover to client Working to drawings, plans and customer specifications Maintaining clean, safe and organised working areas Liaising professionally with customers, supervisors and office staff

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Bathroom Fitter Strong plumbing background is essential High-quality tiling skills including mitres and large format tiles Confident in joinery and general building works Knowledge of waterproofing systems and wet room construction Ability to read drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving ability on site Excellent attention to detail and finish Knowledge of UK building regulations relevant to bathrooms Full UK driving licence & own Vehicle (Company Van offered after 6 months)
