Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, enabling them to undertake various tasks across multiple trades. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The Tradesman will be responsible for executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to safety regulations.

Duties

Perform painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to a high standard. Carry out plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of fixtures and piping systems. Execute electrical installations and repairs, following all safety protocols. Weld and fabricate metal components as required for various projects. Undertake carpentry work, including constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures. Work on roofing tasks, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of roofing systems. Engage in masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, or stones for construction purposes. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, welding, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, or masonry. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trades. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. A valid driver's licence may be required depending on job location and responsibilities.

Pay: 140.00-190.00 per day
