Multi Skilled Tradesman (carpenter)
Job Description
The Hean Castle Estate is a traditional rural Estate near Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. Our primary businesses are Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property Management, Forestry and Holiday Parks.
A skilled tradesperson is required to join the team maintaining the Estate's diverse property portfolio.
The successful applicant will have a 'can-do' attitude and be experienced in, and prepared to undertake, all aspects of general building and maintenance work. They should have an aptitude for problem solving and be tidy and meticulous in their work.

This is a full-time, permanent position, which requires applicants to have excellent references, along with a full clean driving licence (including Category B+E if eligible).

Pay: 14.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
